We started this project as a way to hone our 3D skills and explore how we could bring things to life on the web. Our goal was to create a unique 3D Market that not only showcased a strong visual identity through elements like a mascot, logo, and branded assets, but also allowed us to experiment with immersive 3D modeling techniques and interactive environments. From mood boards to mascot ideation, each step brought us closer to defining the personality and visual language of our brand.
During the initial phase of the project, we focused on brainstorming and gathering inspiration to guide our design. This process included exploring a wide range of visual references, researching current industry trends, and identifying essential design elements that would influence our creative direction. Based on our findings, we began to generate preliminary concepts and rough ideas for our 3D Market.
Building on our initial ideas, we developed mood boards to help refine and solidify the direction of our design. This guided our creative process as we moved forward with sketching initial mascot concepts and a preliminary logo to represent our 3D Market.
Meet Tater - the official mascot of our 3D Market, Taters! As we progress, we will continue to develop branded assets and begin the creation of 3D models to bring our market to life.
