First Friday is our monthly Clique tradition where, on the first Friday of each month, someone (or a small crew) takes the lead to celebrate personal wins, team moments, and company-wide achievements from the past few weeks. This month’s First Friday was hosted by Hannah Shanker and Seriah Ohlwine. Seriah pitched the Back to School theme. Perfect for the time of year, and from there they quickly landed on Clique Superlatives, which felt like a fun, easy way to get everyone involved and recognized. Hannah was only a little over a month into being at Clique, and stated “Putting this together ended up being a really great way for me to learn more about everyone across all the teams! It made the whole event feel even more meaningful (and way more fun)!”
